It seems to me that the management doesn't know what they are doing anymore and it's as if they have totally lost control. Are there any long-term plans for DXC and what are they? Chances are that there aren't any.

The OP implies the mgmt once had a plan. There has never been a plan for this company. The only plan was to milk it for personal gain as long as they could.
What management? Haven't seen or heard any management for several months now
Strategic plan - rarer than rocking horse droppings. But we are on a transformation journey so we might find one on the road to the wreckers yard.
Sounds like a good question for the employee survey.
First person to spot a long term strategic plan anywhere in DXC should flag it it up here, as it may be a ‘limited edition’ and worthy of being caught on camera.
We are in the steady hands of an experienced leader. Why would the board move him as chairman. He has a strong team of execs behind him and this ship will turn around. In the meanwhile, we all have to contribute to the success of our company.
