I'm OP. I'm fairly new to the company and worrying if I get fired so I can plan accordingly with my family finance. Thank you for the answer. Some are so negative.

No offense to the OP but if you were really a Ford employee why wouldn’t you know that answer already?
Everyone I've talked to says they are getting severence so far. It scakes depending on years of service, up to max of 9 months for 20+ years I believe.
