Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

BNY stinks

Can anyone here come up with one positive in regards to BNY?

PROS: monopoly on federally subsidized custody game (everyone else left)

CONS: Layoffs, stagnant stock price, corporate cronyism, overpaid executives, outdated technology, nepotism, poor corporate communication, outsourcing jobs, overworked employees, terrible morale, bloated inept management, constant strategy shifts i.e. shell game, bad logo, WFH/RTO mismanagement, age discrimination, can't fill openings, Chainsaw Charlie's groupies

Yes, over a few years after leaving the nightmares really do decrease.

ALL H1-B should be sent back home. Along with their job-stealing spouses.

The McDonald's up the block from 240G had a help wanted sign in the window. You sound like just the person they're looking to hire to ask customers if they want fries with their burger.

Let’s give RV a chance. When he takes over the helm, things are going to instantly become better for all of us under his leadership. We might even become part of the GS family. We certainly have a history with that firm and as we transition, our cultures will match up well too.

BNY must continue to hire and sponsor more highly skilled H1B to be the best bank in the world. There is no more layoff because each H1B brings 7 more jobs to America
