You should never stick with one company in the name of loyalty. They will use you as much as they can and then get rid of you without a second thought. Developing your career at one place for decades is a thing of the past. These days it's all about learning, gaining experience, and then translating that into new opportunities elsewhere. Do that over and over again. Anything else is just wasting your time.
