When I leave Sam's will I get my PTO paid out? Do I get it paid out of I get fired vs quitting?

Your PTO and PPTO is time you have earned via company policy. As such, whether voluntary or involuntary job termination, you will be paid out in full all paid time off and protected time off.
Just know that if you are re hired, you will not get that time back and your accrual rate will start as if you are a new hire.
