We have a meat guy who clocks in and then wanders around the club looking at various items. Wanders for about half an hour. Later on you will see him making yet another lap.

He's looking for re-shop! Honestly, it's none of your business! Do your job and don't worry about it!
At least yours has the decency to leave, ours just stand around with their hands in their pockets, while the rest of us work.
I don't tell a manager because I don't try to get people in trouble... And besides that they all see him taking laps and they are not going to reprimand him because he is in tight..
