Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

I know it's not comforting, but really - layoff is just a short term stress. For some people it's a much needed kick and an opportunity to find something better. I know a person who was previously laid off and now he is in a much better position than I am, who am still here.I didn't get a call, but all this encouraged me to urgently start looking for something new.
