Longtime Ford worker, lived in Dearborn, worked in auto industry. Ford will always somehow jump from one crisis to another, punishing the workers for whatever reason, reward the anointed few for their vision no matter how right or wrong, Bill Ford will make some worthless pronouncement, we need to reorganize, be like (Honda, Toyota, Tesla), it's all the employees fault, we're the victim while good people who put their faith in the company are kicked in the circular orbs. And then repeat again and again. I know there's good people in this company but are the owners/management worth this sacrifice? This organization deserves better than the appointed brain trust who don't seem to make a difference. The potential of Ford is wasted on these parasites who believe they're the smartest people in the room. If Ford wants to be lean maybe they're looking in the wrong place.
