Have a call Monday with DM’s boss - is this good or bad?

So what happened on call.
How did the call go? What did they tell you?
I too have a work ethic that drives me, but when you work for a company that literally does everything possible to undermine your hard work, no thanks. Move on.

Because that’s just my work ethic . I strive to do every job I’ve ever had with the best I can be and it’s sucks to realize these company’s don’t give a damn . My goal was always to take care of the customer first

Did they even ask if anyone was interested in taking the package or did they go straight to letting people go? I’m guessing since our start date is Jan 1 we will start going through what you guys in the SE around the end of October, funny thing is I would take it if was offered

I hate to say it, but why have you worked your bu-t off for 5 years when for at least three people have been predicting this. See where it got ya!
Love people who spread false cr-p on here ! Mission 1 does go live Oct 1st .. I got the boot even though I hit every number and every quarter ! Worked my a-s off with no help ! Throwing 600 cases a day .. 5 years of giving them everything and don’t even get a thank you or a reason why I didn’t make the cut

You’re gone. Had mine last Thursday. Last day is sept 30. Mission 1 is live Oct 1 for SE Region.
Mission 1 has Already started in some regions. Ohio area has started wave one as we were on the call the other day. Multiple of my friends were let go as more than 15 reps were fired. A lot of changes in coming.
Wish you were correct but youre not. Mission 1 is being rolled out at different times throughout country. Some are Oct 1.
Lol there is so much being made up in here probably from people who don’t even work for mondelez or that like to just stir the pot, mission 1 doesn’t start into January 1st so why would people be let go already? Think about it hst saying.
