I've been doing the work of two people for months, and now the manager somehow wants me to do even more. Ascension thinks it's ok to overload people and hope they won't leave. Well I've had enough and I've decided to give notice. I heard from someone that the company replaced one hard worker with two people after he reached the breaking point and left. It's a real irony if it's true!?
