Any bets on how long before a Voluntary Retirement Program becomes an Involuntary Retirement Program?

Involuntary Retirement Disguised In Layoff January 10 2023 Londonderry NH.
If you didn’t take the L3Harris CS early retirement offer in Q3 2022, you got the boot in Q1. The EEOC is a joke.

Work will be moved to SAS to make SAS survive in Palm Bay and Malabar. That is the COE. WATCH OUT SLC! Harris will gut the legacy L3 CSW. CSW is full of highly over paid people that need to understand that the work is never coming back and CSW is not the pride of the company any more.

The ones who leave this year are the lucky ones. SAS hasn't delivered an F-18 system in over 2 years. The new F-16 system doesn't work. And, the naval vessel protective system is on long term hold because it doesn't work. Get off the ship before it goes down. SAS in Clifton NJ will close by the end of 2023. Remember where you saw it first.

Only if you are IDL, there are over 900 jobs open in SAS alone.

All clear in Waco. New hanger on the way and adding 100’s of jobs. Big difference since they run Cross, Nolan, DSH, and the rest of Greenville culls off. Where’s all my Rock Stars!

it has already started as of today Thursday will tell the tell early out memo came out Monday, anyone within 2 years of retirement age that does not take the early out will be gone. they want to preclude people going on UN-employment or paying any type of severance so if you are late or have not done your on line training or engagement survey or been declared "not engaged" consider yourself gone

Get out while you can. If there's a dollar you can take with you, do it. In the long run, any place is better.

Well before January and it all depends on how many people take the package. I work in Finance and a headcount number for corporate and each segment has been established so if only a few people take the package then headcount reduction actions will occur. Also no backfills will occur through the first half of 2023.
