I was laid off on 5/10/2022, and am still awaiting payout on my accrued PTO from 1/1-5/10. Anyone else that has been laid off having difficulties getting a solid date for when PTO will be paid out for laid off employees? I keep getting the runaround from benefits on the PTO payouts and when the timekeeping true up will happen from the Kronos hack. Wondering if I should report McKesson the the state for failing to pay out my PTO balance despite it being in my lay-off contract that all residual PTO would be paid out to the employee.

What do you expect from a company that was fined hundreds of $millions for repackaging old and ineffective cancer meds that they sold at a discount to member docs in the US Oncology network?
the PTO payout usually comes once your severance package is completely paid out.
Having the exact same issue, called and they said they are trying to work something out by October but there is no set plan and the date keeps getting delayed. I call the every week pestering for an update, but I don’t know what else to do.
I reported it to the labor department for my state and was paid pretty quick.
LOL.... I guess someone it senior leadership is monitoring the site... Low and behold, today I got in the mail a letter regarding the unpaid PTO from McKesson. To me, it looks like they are attempting to squash the bad PR of not paying employees their due PTO as part of their severance. Although, it appears McKesson still can't provide a date in which they will have all of the PTO true'd up in order to pay their employees what they are due as part of their layoff contract.
I'm definitely reaching out to a lawyer now, as I'm thinking now that McKesson should be paying me interest in addition to the unpaid PTO over the last 4 months as well. My layoff terms did not include an interest free loan for McKesson to not pay me my PTO money.
If it’s part of your contact and McKesson is in breach of the contract according to the terms and conditions that both parties signed then you should report it and possibly sue for being in breach of the contract. Make sure you’ve read it first.
