The layers of management still there but workers bees are gone. The ones remaining are going to work to the extent that they will leave. The India workers are underpaid and overwhelmed with the job responsibilities
Glad to be out of this company as our life doesn’t revolve around 3M.

Having spoken with 8 former managers, not a single person above JG 13 has been impacted. Question for MR: when all the producers are gone, who’s gonna make the PPT’s to show off? There are so many incompetent, spineless, ego-maniac's in middle and senior management, it’s fascinating the lights are still on.
The jokes on the management! The worker bees are the ones they needed. The rest sit around and yap about the objectives from years ago and they haven’t produced value since.
One previous manger only ever used his cell phone for work. Never used his laptop. He was self-proclaimed as a “leader” and yet was a money su---r instead who did not add value.
30 years with the company would give the clue to rhyme or reason. Anyone over 50 should be concerned.
It rhymes with sension and HCBG wants 3M to pay out the retirement and severance.
Many friends laid off the past two days from health care group. High performers, some with 30 plus years. No rhyme or reason
