Hearing through the grapevine that multiple call centers are closing/already closed with the employees having the option to transfer to Virtual Call Center? I heard Austin, OKC, Davenport and Lubbock. Anyone heard of this?

Loose? T will ‘loose’ income?
Call centers are in Philippines. Are you saying they are closing it? Outsorcing company is going to collapse and crooked leaders at T will loose the income.
Just use virtual assistant.

You thought wrong. Some are I am sure, but "internal" VCC Centers are US based.
I thought Toxic-T's "Virtual Call Centers" are in India!
