Any news about cuts to TEX? All these other layoffs have grunts on the phone feeling nervous. They wrecked the community model and canned loads of coaches and TMs. We keep wondering how long we have.

$50/hour overtime for a Care position? That’s ridiculously stupid. $25/hour extra is still high, but that’s much more reasonable. I call that move a smart business decision.
The iPhone launch is a good barometer for staffing levels in Care/TEX. It is THE main event for incoming volume over the course of the year.
For years and years it's been $50/hr OT spiff for the launch, followed by 10 days of unlimited $20/hour OT spiff for all TEX hours of operation.
This year: $25/hour spiff for the launch (3 hour max), nothing beyond that.
The writing is on the wall. Take it for what it is.
Support teams so easy to cut.....but I still think care is safe for awhile.
We lost TMs and coaches.
As a tech, I wish our position was re-org’d out and I was offered severance. Working in care the last few years has been awful and doesn’t seem like it is going to get any better.
Correct, all changes in Care are done. No TMs or Coaches were let go. No Experts let go. Just some support people (admins, associate trainers, analysts, and what not).
They didn't get rid of any TM and coaches at my sight, actually hired some. Although they are doing the layoffs in waives. so most likely end of sept or oct. just get ready...especially if you are wfh
Community model was d-mb. It caused all kinds of problems. Where we’re going is much better. All the changes in Care are behind us. There are no more cuts coming in two weeks. Come back here in three weeks and say “you were right”.
I’m sensing in the next two weeks more layoffs are to come
