It’s amazing how you plead ignorance whenever someone good leaves and then think offering an on the spot promo can actually force someone to stay. People are leaving because they can’t stand the Simon says culture, constant change in direction and complete lack of strategy. Not one of you are smart.

A leader can’t make the company better when they constantly flip flop, surround themselves with yes people, and truly don’t understand technology. Noodles is a Dennis crony, nothing more. IOC is full of them and that’s what is dragging STS down. No reason to leave, I work at 10% output and have enough time to consult on side for extra income. With all the attrition and open heads, can milk this way past CD1. Thanks Simon and Dennis, carry on!
If you’re not happy then leave. This is the best company I’ve worked at in the 30+ years I’ve spent in Fintech. What is the issue with Simon? He cares about his people. He sincerely wants to make the org and company better and is in the trenches.
So when is next round of layoffs???
