Is targeting NRE’s and RE’s a new strategy at imperial ?
As a young engineer here, I am starting to get concerned about the future I have here.

Imperial is not a place worth investing your career. Use your experience and time here to pivot into something better.
Saying this as a 10-15 year engineering employee.
It is all dollars and cents now. No value for technical knowledge or experience. If it saves cash for the company, then you are gone. Simple as that.
