Companies that layoff, never, ever, give out that highly classified information. HR learned the hard way that keeping this Intel under wraps is critical to moving the company forward after a layoff. The employees that are left are all walking on eggshells, and are the best behaved workforce. Since the employees don't know what factors were used to layoff, they are inclined to error on the side a caution in their daily actions.

There was none. They got rid of the smartest and highest paid as well as low pay people that were the only ones left in the network site. Local management is now stuck trying to figure out how to cover with no personnel in the area.

TMUS leadership will not specify, at this time no one knows, that's what makes it so difficult. I personally believe they are weeding out telecommuters. Then probably anyone on a PIP. Then outspoken troublemakers. Then age 55+.
