Thoughts on the temp agency performance 🤔

Nobody wants to work for pittance. Temps show up for 2 days then disappear. Tills constantly short because I swear two temps were stealing out of the till but no proof since the internet dies every few hours and our cameras suck. Two ship out orders are missing an Apple watch and Apple Air pods that I personally confirmed and placed on the cart for shipping only to never have them disappear. Did we catch it on camera? The internet is out again. WTF?
They send us people who work for two days and then suddenly have to bail when rush begins, or they can only work 1.7 days a week for 45 and a half minutes on a Friday. NeXT to useless. If we couldn’t hire people who have worked with us before the temp deal, we would have been out to dry this rush. We’re still out to dry, but… worse.
I have zero temps
We had quite a few not show up or bough out but for the most part, people that need money and want to work and did a great job..even those that showed up the first day of rush were fabulous. Now if only one staff member could see their value.
