Highest paid assistant managers will be forced to take a severance or look for another position within the company. Too many assistants blocking the path for others at the moment, especially ones who have not made an attempt to advance. Same stuff, different year.

We will not be losing any lead positions, we are having a hard time just filling normal hourly positions. Those lead positions are a reward and something for our regular hourly associates to work towards. An honestly I don't see us losing any manager positions for the same reason, maybe restructure but doubt we cut.

I posted months ago that manager positions will be eliminated except for a CM and a Co CM. That's why they had leads open in the morning and take care of the personnel junk. See, All you leads will be managers without the official title so you can't put that on your resume and leave Sams for a better paying manager position elsewhere.

I like when someone says possibly, like it's possible the earth crashes in to the sun one day, but is it likely?
