What does WEF stand for?
FU-K no! This place is a part of the WEF agenda which is why y’all needed a vaccine to be employed / managed here. Losers.
I am proud. Citi is a global corporation, and recognized everywhere.
YES! On the whole, I think the company takes care of those willing to really try to do their best. I have worked at others namely JPMorgan Chase and US Bank, I will say Citi has the best benefits, work/life balance concern for their employees, competitive pay and the best overall culture. Leadership seems to be moving us to client satisfaction and continues to be a strong presence globally. On the other hand it is a business and it has to be fiscally responsible so layoffs will happen from time to time. However, the company does attempt to first place those impacted in other areas and in the end they do give you severance. I have been reading and commenting on this site for some time and I think many of us need to really inventory the things Citi does and not so much what they don't. I often look at the homeless and think to myself but by the grace of God there go I. Try to remember that the next time you want to bash your company for not having straws in the cafe or horrible free coffee in the break rooms.
1onc+1izgIvtG, tell that to those complainers on the Wells Fargo site. I used to work there, and still visit the site. I have never seen a bunch of ungrateful whiners !
Any job that pays the bills for you, you need to respect.
The fact that you said treat each other like adults says a lot. @1rpn+1izgIvtG
Proud? I don't work for employers to impress anyone else. I have worked for several Fortune 500 companies, and Citi has the best benefits, the best pay, and I work from home 100% and do what I want within reason. My boss, my boss' boss, the whole department.....everyone has a high sense of urgency and gets their work done, but is down to earth and treats each other like adults. That's all I need to be happy.
