Clover had a massive outage starting Friday that remained open until today, when they were finally able to stop the bleeding. Customer Service was overwhelmed with complaints and merchants were unable to process over the weekend. Probably millions of dollars lost for small businesses and who knows what impact it will have on Clover as merchants leave. So the question being circulated by several senior leaders is, was this coincidence or was it sabotage. There are signs that point to this being intentional, end of quarter, and over a weekend to slow the fix. Perhaps our CEO needs to rethink his do more with less and RTO strategies.

Nah. Just brain drain as a result of most of the engineers leaving, so nobody caught mistakes until it went to production. You get what you paid for.
Good to see redundancies working.
Surely Sapience will identify the guilty party.
