Seems the hope is we die from stress or quit here in EMEA, it’s torture waiting for the axe to fall. Knowing there are lists and cuts will be “significant” only adds to the anxiety. Very poor way to treat people and very unprofessional of senior leaders.
Shame on the leadership team for this treatment of those who have often given their all and have lives and families to worry about.
