I’m an HR person that’s worked for Frank (he fired me). Frank will do a layoff every year no matter the condition of the business. It’s part of his strategy. It takes the soul out of the HR people that he churns through.

First Data has taken the soul out of Fiserv. Greener pastures await those who are either riffed or willingly move on. Sadly very little talent remains in my division and our clients are suffering as a result. It will take years to turn this around all because he is forcing remote employees into an office where he will get 40 hours out of staff instead of 60+ they put in from home. Our clients will have the last word. It’s called DECONVERSION.
