Staying here and surviving cuts is just prolonging the agony, at least for me it is. I would love more than ever to be cut.
All of us will find better jobs sooner or later. But how this company will once again attract good employees, that is no longer my problem nor do I want to care about it.
It's a shame that they didn't consider the fact that once the damage is done it's very hard to fix it....
