You are more valuable than how you are being treated here - I'm pretty sure that's true for almost everyone here. Is it normal for a boss to try to make an employee look like a fool? Of course not.
Their job is to try to get the best out of their employees, but mine is trying to destroy our confidence instead. That's not normal. Daily criticism without any valid arguments... that can only be tolerated by someone who has no other options.
Yet the company keeps makes leaders go to retraining after retraining after retraining about how to be an effective leader. What a waste.
They’ve certainly promoted a lot of shady questionable people into leadership positions. Quite puzzling to say the least. Unsurprisingly with the talent fleeing and some poor leaders in place, the company continues to struggle.
Been there, done that. I had the boss from he-l. He was good at gas lighting the more vulnerable. Thank God for my layoff!!
