Stopped by this forum and it's disappointing to read that so many people would like to be paid to leave this misery of a place. It's terrible that hard workers get laid off just as easily as pretenders. Is there anyone who is actually trying to stay here and keep their job at Fiserv?

I love my job, especially the flexibility of working remotely, which I was hired to do. I work with great people, though my area has dwindled down to a shell of what it was due to attrition and layoffs. We are barely functional.
If you asked me this before the merger, I'd have told you I'm perfectly content even though I knew I was underpaid. Now? Lol.
I do. I like what I do. I enjoy the people I interact with. I dislike the ceo, and looking for a new job blows. I wish our managment was better with smarter with kinder people.
