Next T-Mobile Employee Survey

As an employee who was impacted back in August, I wonder what the results for the next employee survey will say. I know if I had to take it now, the questions "What is your overall satisfaction with working for T-Mobile?" and "Would you recommend working for T-Mobile to a friend?" the answer to the first would be "extremely low" and the second a resounding "NO!"

One of my managers was trying to have s-x with a girl on my team. Found the classic harassment stuff, coming over telling her how beautiful she was, telling her jokes, ect. I put feedback in the survey about how leadership needs to stop flirting and that I didn’t find it professional, guess who for write up 3 weeks later? They went back 3 months and pulled calls that were archived and said that I wasn’t doing my greeting to standard. I have worked here for 17 years and have never been wrote up, funny I get written up after expressing concerns in this “anonymous” survey.

I never trusted that they were anonymous, but I answered them honestly anyway. This was mainly because I knew I was out, regardless. I saw the writing on the wall and the way I was being treated let me know to get while the getting was good. Having said that, our management would review the results with us, to include the comments. I'd always see my very pointed remarks...and snicker inside.

Never believe TMobile will say something true about the job and future.

I was laid off in August and for the first time I answered truthfully since I still had access to the survey. Never trusted those surveys my answers were always in the middle and not applicable….

I'm still around and continue to rate at the bottom so my bosses have to do work. 😎

Most don't trust the survey is anonymous. Therefore most won't be honest.

Surveys are garbage. They are not anonymous unless you put them in a ballot box with no name on the sheet. There is an Id for each survey submitted so it can be traced back. Plus, I don’t trust who compiles the data. Just more bs from mikegenta.

I was told yesterday by a sr manager that the delay in distributing survey results is because they are removing the feedback of those that were then laid off. So much for anonymous surveys!

It’s been steady dropping but they keep it high enough by driving up “participation.” Way too many people give out perfect scores to have a significant impact. And your boss will spend a significant amount of time trying to identify the source of their bad surveys.
