Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Fiserv is a cesspool

The best thing you can do is move on and never look back. I don't know a single person who left and regretted it.

It's sad, because a lot of once-good small and mid-sized companies were dragged into this mess through acquisitions, and subsequently ruined as a result.

It's bittersweet leaving a place like Fiserv, because while you may strongly dislike the company's leadership and exec team, you may really end up missing your teammates, direct manager or director who were holdovers from prior to the acquisition of your former company. Those people generally aren't the problem, and are probably just as frustrated about what's going on in the company. It's hard not to feel like you've been cheated if you've found yourself in this situation of being acquired by Fiserv.

And don't forget to take a shower once you leave to get rid of the stench.
