Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Cisco ISE status

What's the latest on ISE and the BU running it?
Was offered a role there but all my contacts left, so no one to ask for first-hand intel.
I remember it being a giant cluster fu-k, but that was around 2015...
Cheers.

Naresh is running the BU and he hires his own people; some are really incompetent but they got few who are really good like Clark, Jay, etc.

DNAC is not all about SDA. Barely any customers run SDA. Way too complex and buggy

@ltj+1j4VKVZG SDA is just one minor part of DNAC dummy

ISE is a key pillar of Software Defined Access (SDA). Which is what DNAC is all about. One reason why there are nearly no customers using SDA and DNAC. Many customer got the appliance for free - but few getting any value out of it. Which is why the BU is now promoting Meraki cloud management of Catalyst.
