Our friends at Citrix have nailed the benefits of remote and hybrid working.
Thank you, Citrites.

Thanks to this former Citrix executive for resurfacing it.

In response to the Vista comment...this is not a Vista thing at all this is a TK thing all the way. TIBCO was going to a remote model pre-pandemic. He's just trying to scare everyone away.

The sheer irony that Citrix advertises itself as a company that allows hybrid work does not permit its own employees to take advantage of that ability (I am a "Citrite")...

Citrite here - confirm we feel hostility from Vista. Never seen morale so low. We feel under attack.

You can't sue a company for asking employees to work in an office. Regardless of the motivation, requiring RTO is not a crime.

Theyre trying to force non compliance so people quit because they don't want to spend their money on severance. It's a bs tactic and they're probably going to get sued

Lawsuit? For what? Sue a private company for wanting people in the office again? I am all for remote work because it's a good idea. It's not a birthright.

The company that makes products for remote working also enforces RTO. A terrible joke. Sounds like they want folks to quit. Certainly a hostile work environment. Maybe time for a lawsuit?
