Olathe Aero can’t get parts, and it’s partially Honeywells fault because they only use the same dmn vendors. No definitive written process, structure, or procedures with this company. Employees sitting around in other team members business trying to see who’s at home, who’s in the building, what is so and so doing? Mind yo freaking business and worry about parts to support the work, or it won’t be no dmn Aero. Unprofessional nosy, rude, non communicating co-workers sitting around trying to rat on each other instead of focusing on getting parts, fixing sh*t, and getting it to the customers. 🐀 rats.. snakes..

Cap'n Ahab SK is still in the on board the Titanic directing his underlings from his new & spacious master's quarters. Nothing has changed except that now when the bad news drops, the interim captain tries to sugar coat it with donuts and ice cream. At least the all hands meetings are not so arrogant & condescending.

With real inflation now pushing 20%, they are going to have whip the deck hands all the harder in order to get matching bonuses! With Garmin & Panasonic ramping up their operations, Ahab is trying to get as much product out the door before they move/outsource operations elsewhere...

Union.
Grow a pair and call the teamsters. Inflate the rat and put up the tents. There are no replacement workers.

What are they fixing?! We can’t get parts in from vendors or suppliers! They yell at the materials team like they control what parts they get and how quickly to get them to Olathe! Truth is, Honeywell for years only used a couple vendors, and didn’t keep enough stock, or take on projects they clearly don’t have freaking parts for, and then ask the employees to pull something out of their a** and come up with the parts! Guess they want Materials team and techs, to fly over to the factories and yell why they can’t get parts made, shipped, and why equipment fail test! What a complete sht show! Be in meetings asking about parts with lead times over a year, but need them within a dmn month! D-mbest workplace ever!

What are you Honeywell's slave? They can't mandate jack sh*t over 40 hours. Simply do not comply. They run this business like garbage and refuse to hire the needed people to do the job so it becomes everyone else's problem to make up for the lack of employees. As long as the working stiffs keep caving to these mandates leadership will never step up and hire the needed employees to run the business. Less headcount = less expenses and benefits required for the additional staff. It's burning people out, forcing older employees to retire early because they are sick and tired of it, and angering those who remain who constantly have to feel the abuse of being treated like tools. It's incredibly sad and demotivating that the hardworking 40 hour-week employee is looked down upon and berated at this company. Meanwhile the do nothing POS that is on break all day and sleeps on the job is "appreciated" for complying to OT mandates.
