Mondelez has apparently never learned that their success was due to their employees. And, yet, they continue to punitively punish those same employees who work their as--s off. First, they put in some time-clock GPS system that makes an employee who has finished a store, sit in the parking lot until it is “time” for them to go to another store. This totally destroys incentive and efficiency! Lately, they have hired people who have no work ethic. They don’t show up for work, they leave early (with pay), and put more burden on the “excellent” employees to pick up the slack (with no additional pay). Eventually (soon, I hope), their business will fail, as it should. The whole world will benefit because there will be one less bad company, and hopefully millions less obese people from eating their horrible products.

Amen! I used to care, no more! I take pride in missing objectives! The bigger the miss the happier I am! One of two women on our team, used to be 4. Go ahead and fire me, I’m waiting! I’ve got every objective tracker for the last 5 years! 🤪 When I am asked to work with a new hire, I teach them to put their phones in the back room and go to the movies! Teach em early!
