Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

No professionalism

I haven't been here for a long time, but I'm surprised by the amount of unprofessionalism that I honestly didn't expect here. Moreover, the one who tries to be professional starts to stick out from the rest and that's the way to get into trouble here. What's the problem? Has it always been this way?

SF executives are like the current politicians. They both have destroyed a good company and country all over division.

@eaa. Interesting how like Hollywood well known actors have made big bucks and are addicted and overdose. Yet....they are looked up to. Look at the negative responses. Wow! A lot may support that behavior. A good neighbor is not one in a Crack house.

Constant whining on an internet forum about one's miserable life is unprofessional.

Just remember in the SF environment that titles do no reflect a well grounded set of values and ethics. They did not get promoted by being "the good neighbor" they have fooled themselves into believing they are. They will cut your throat the first chance they get. Their personal life is no different. They want you to believe they are so ethical but in reality and deep down inside they live in a very dark world. I know this very well because I have been around a long long time and have seen them both on a professional level and a social level.

You think the higher the level of SF the more professionalism? Laughable. Professionalism means ethical standards are implemented. The higher the less ethics. FACT!

Stand out in RA2, and youll be doing your inventory AND spending a lot of time training new hires, since they just do a 3 month crash course that barely gets you ready for the data entry aspect, as you ask your RA2 over achiever to explain everything to you, while they are overwhelmed with their own work, due to perma-staffing issues.

Its the same as associate level, only, the work is harder. Stand out, be professional, get fast tracked to the extra work for future reward treadmill, that has that reward at the end of the treadmill (it never ends)

Some people dress better at RA2 because there are still people who are old enough to remember what a professional work place looks like. A few....

Depends on where you work, where do you work ? Claims , Underwriting, CCC? In my experience you need to reach the RA2 level to get real professionalism.
