FB doesn’t trust anyone. Frank hired a secret service agent during his days at JP Morgan to spy on execs, and report to him on all execs moves.

All news outlet reported on this, subsequently Pete Cavacchia, then security manager, was fired from JP Morgan. Just google: Besignano spy jomorgan.

Pete is now your Fiserv CTO, no doubt watching every step you make! This is how FB runs a business - NYC is full with executive sons in law, spies and jPMC buddies. It helps, If you are an Italian from NYC, regardless of talent.

Sapience has been running on my laptop for 6 months. Its mission is to "help you be more efficient" they said in an email. Funny...

There was just a notice sent to staff this week, stating a program like this would be installed on employees computers.

I would agree with your comments. I had a friend who worked for Sapience Analytics, a company who developed software that tracks a worker's activity on their PC (or mobile). Look it up at www.sapienceanalytics.com. This application can not only tell management if/when you are logged on your pc, but also what applications you're using, browsing activity, outlook calendar, etc... First Data used the software to track contractors (primarily in India) and reconcile billable hours from Accenture. It was not long after Fiserv and First Data merged that I saw a Sapience process running on my PC. The guys I know (not contractors) who came from First Data also verified they had Sapience running. Funny....I looked again today and don't see it under the name "Sapience" but I'll bet you it is still there somewhere tracking all employee activities on their work PC.
