When I started my shift this morning in produce department I caught my team lead and bakery associate doing something inappropriate in the produce walk in cooler and I go and let the opening manager know first thing he says is we are going to keep this in house smhhhhhhhh.

Not all club buildings are the same. We have no offices in the back that have doors except receiving office. That one is fencing only.
I am just curious why the cooler? There are offices in the back that you can lock the doors for privacy.

Details details !! If you do not describe to us every thing they were doing . where they were touching , things they were saying , heavy breathing etc how are we to formulate an opinion here .....

That eventually happens at every club. Whether it be in a closed office, between an egg rack fortress or in their car. It's happend up on the roof at my club. As well as the other spots i mentioned.
Look some team leads will help restock and train associates on new processes.
And that is how you get new associates and sometimes team leads.
