This company has grown way too large and way too global. There are too many different "companies" and departments. Everyone has to have their own team that appears to be independent of every other team. How many different CIO, CFO, CEO, COO does a company need. The structure is absolutely horrendous, and no one knows who is really accountable to anyone anymore. It was way better when it was much smaller and focused.

The other issue is that the senior leaders they are getting rid of already placed weak leaders at the director ND manager levels. The good one already left!
Growth is all that mattered. Profits are everything in the dying empire
