If you are on a plan bc you didn’t hit goals can you get severance still if lay offs happen
US Bank is not a bad company. It’s the mid level management that’s lazy. Even the frontline managers are lazy, they are running the company to the ground since they are too afraid to go elsewhere. Once US Bank lays them off, that’s when they realize that they have zero value.
