If company really wants to improve COLLABORATION and reduce headcount they should have all Uncon employees supporting Permian move to Midland or Carlsbad. This would separate the true believers from the masses and improve business results and COLLABORATION.

Continue to send in BTC, they will take any position for Pennies on the dollar. I understand the majority of recent new hires are almost all in expat positions.
You are right. Rotate the short time HiPos through quickly then wonder why things don’t go well. Short timers looking for something quick and short sighted to put on their PDS instead of long term value. Meanwhile workers have to re-educate a constant revolving door of HiPos who ask the same questions over and over and bring up the same failed ideas already proven wrong in the past. What ever happened to the idea of promoting from within those who want to stay on location?
So many places at the table now for @XOM promotion rotations. Plus it’s working that way slowly any way. They don’t like the safety incidents but only they can change it.
