The management is actually taking advantage of the situation because they know that for many it is not easy to find a new job right now and therefore they are afraid of losing their jobs here. Overwhelming amounts of work, shorter than ever deadlines, micromanagement raised to an even higher level... all in order to squeeze us as much as possible. How do you deal with all this pressure?

Vivek Ranadive, Murray Rode and Dan Streetman were epic CEOs! All of them for very different reasons. Vivek was wickedly smart but albeit a bit awkward “the creator”. Murray was super on point and organized. “The organizer”. And Dan was a CEO for the people who really excelled the DE&I programs. “The people person”. I’d like to think that TIBCO was doing decently well.
every day its getting to my nerves... don't know whats going to happen.. Anyone heard anything yet??
Krause could be fired as well in the future. Destroying is the easy part. When employees, customers and partners will run away in 2023, the PE may prevent him to buy his next toy to complete his 20B cemetery. Most of good people will be gone in 12 months.
I can't say if TIBCO was doing as well as it could have, but we were getting by. At least, our CEO was a people person and you could trust him. The current regime is as if Gordon Gekko bought the company.
Bud Fox:
Why do you need to wreck this company?
Gordon Gekko:
Because it's wreckable, all right?
Krause is by far the worst CEO I've ever worked for, and I've worked for many. I just need to remain patient until I can escape. It won't be long now.
