Heard employees age 50 year and above are going to be key layoff targets and will be primary target throughout this year and next as they are equivalent to two new of less experienced employees. Idea is to create their back up and replace them with young and low cost employees. What the heck going on ?
I decided to stay in GF as I thought it will get better over time after IPO and accountability to public will bring transparency in leadership. Opposite happened. All a-s lickers kept getting promoted and now they are ki----g the morale of good employees. I am done with GF. Planning to submit my resignation as soon as I can sell the vested shares. I am sure our CEO will be ousted soon. Please leave this place soon as it has turned in to bad culture where only a-s lickers survive on management and only politics or connection takes you to next level.
Incompetent a$$ lickers keep praising papa Tom on LinkedIn as your job is safe for one more year.

I just called my mom and she said to get out of that stupid cyclical BS of a business. She also said to make sure your quit quitting goes undetected till you get that severance check.
