I am in retail sales and due to receive Q3 bonus on 11/26. However, I have had two surgeries in the past 10 weeks. Does anyone know how the payout works? I don’t have access to checs while on leave. I spoke with my Manager briefly but he wasn’t sure the numbers were finales yet at the time on 10/31. Someone mentioned if you are out more than 30 days they pay you the max guarantee but I can’t find that in writing anywhere.

I did get a bonus while on leave it was an annual bonus
I asked my manager before I left on leave, he didn’t know. I called HR, they said you have to speak with your local HR rep, not Global HR. Reached out to Manger again, last week he gave me a number however he also said he couldn’t guarantee it was correct. I do not have access to Flagscape or the manual because I am on leave. I ended up having two surgeries in 8 weeks and had some concerns. I thought perhaps someone may have had a similar experience. No worries, I will find out in my check next week. Have your manager submit a CHECS ticket, also the answer is in the plan manual or the admin guide
You usually don’t receive a bonus while on leave. If you do, it’s definitely not max payout. You should contact HR

Employees can use the Search bar on Flagscape, too.
Why is everyone so unresourceful and needy?? Take charge of your own d@mn career already.
Your manager should look on Flagscape… if the answer isn’t there, at least he/she can find the # for HR. God bless… literally nobody is self-sufficient or knows how to use the search bar on Flagscape. Stop asking others to search Flagscape or giving employees empty answers… your manager should t leave you hanging.. they should find the answer!

@1xsy+1jFgBhbH - this is the pay structure for certain LOBs, like Sales. They have quarterly performance criteria, and are paid their bonus (or not) (or partial), depending on if they meet their sales goals/quotas. Groups like Business Banking, GCB and Small Biz are set up like this for their bankers.
Quarterly bonus?!?! What?!?! Clearly I’m in the wrong LOB.
