Yes, TD is instructed to cut 25% of it expenses. All TD's cost, except employees are fixed cost. Hence, they will reduce the spending by cutting at least 25% or more of its workforce. TD is not planning to provide any CPM. Hence there will be direct firing under the umbrella of performance management. Among all Intel's business units, TD is the most ruthless one.

Attrition is already high in TD. They won’t even offer CPM because so many people would love to have a year off from it.

TD is so far behind the competition how can they afford to layoff. They suck at almost everything hire more people as the they have an open checkbook, sounds like a opportunity to waste hey!
