They can't get people to work, LOL a lot of the concessions are not open because they can't get people to come in. We've had situations where ten of the 15 people working in an area called in sick on the same day. And they want to keep cutting OT? Good luck with that.
Well, they need to do something. The whole hr attendance/ payroll system is a complete cluster F**k. Their attendance incentive is a scam. Every couple of weeks the clock flunks out and I get a missed punch, (I'm not alone in this happening). A coworker got two NC/NS on the same day. How does one do that??? So, I can't participate in the incentive. and management won't change it,
