Consulting wfh?

Does anyone know if consultants will still be allowed to work from home? It seems in some countries they are the only ones exempt from RTO

It doesn't matter whether the RTO makes sense or not. It is applied in a stupid and unfair manner.

Are TAMs exempt too or any role where customer site visits are the norm? I know few who have regular site visits to their customers so can't imagine RTO makes sense there either

If you're looking for fair treatment, you're working at the wrong company. Explain how you working remotely is more profitable, and maybe TK will consider your proposal

Another example of how the RTO policy is being applied unfairly. Some are exempt but most aren't. The only right way to make it fair is to extend the benefit of WFH to everyone, at least for some days.
