They need to get rid of other crooks currently in these high positions. Mostly the ones pushing RTO. Most are old mentality, outdated been with the company for ages sticking to their dinosaur ways.
Good. If they want morale to get better-the cuts need to be done at the top. And if they would actually listen to the requested feedback they ask for!
