Of course! Cutting costs is always on the forefront of options. Cut the least skilled labor (front line) and we can easily backfill later as needed.
Operations is always the first thought to cut staff. With the recent announcement of more aggressive goals for Q4 you can see the writing on the walls. Unattainable goals like 97% utilization are setting us up for failure then they can blame the layoffs on us saying you failed to hit the goals so now cuts are needed in staffing.
