Thread regarding Goodyear layoffs

For several months now it's been rumors of layoffs and hour cuts. So far it's just rumors. However, Goodyear won't be able to sustain if it continues to hire people with no work ethic. Young people still at home with mama come here and don't give a rats a-s about work. Some of the veterans are lazy as he-l too. To top it off we got managers that don't know a tire from a spool of thread. It's pathetic. I've got 23 years of service and I've never seen such a sorry work force and incompetent managers. All the Union does is take trips and show their faces come election time. I hope it won't be any layoffs but I do hope people will care about their jobs and build tires like we are paid to do! That's all I gotta say, it's time to go to work.
