Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Leadership will never make this association. Our service quality is going down because talent is leaving due to HR policies!

If you’re an HR person at Fiserv you must be very good at rationalizing. I often think about how anyone can enable Frank’s HR policies. Look at Tony Marino. There must be something that Frank has on him. He could go work for a CEO that doesn’t have anti-employee views and understands the requirements of a workforce in 2022 but he stays. Of course he’s paid very well but his legacy will be that he led the HR team under FB and anyone in the know remembers that.

I wouldn't assume they actually care about service quality.

A lot of HR people have left Fiserv also in the last two years.

Only dinosaurs still believe in the 1980s corporate America model. Back in Frank's day there was no Teams meetings. It was all conference rooms and cubicle farms. Times have changed. Catch up or be left behind.
