RM and her closest allies in senior ECS leadership are running ECS into the ground. She only cares about her metrics. Her survey results and budget. Telling employees unrealistic expectations on a town hall meeting that wasn't communicated to middle managers nor did they have the wherewithal to implement. If your best interest were truly at heart don't you think you would have the resources to do your job? Resources are people which are a cost. Reqs have been on hold for nearly six months with no new hires or replacements, overtime has been stopped. Inventory grows to unsustainable levels with no end in sight. Communication from top down is horrible. Optum ECS is unfortunately being driven by egocentric and poor leadership taking actions that are drastic when they don't understand the very business they are leading. Hope the the very good Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and frontline employees stay around because they are they only ones that will keep the sh$t show running. Good ones, who are not laid-off, will not tolerate a poorly run organization and vote with their feet.

RM, GM, AW have laid off / told leadership staff in ECS their jobs will be eliminated effective 2/9/23….. no idea if frontline staff are next on the chopping block…?
This all accurate. ECS is ruined in their goal for offshoring and automation.
The atmosphere in ECS cannot be withstood much longer-from wellness time to micromanaging of every second you are working/not working-management is being whipped in every direction to jump to solve years of problems-such a toxic atmosphere which is surprising when you are working with professional nurses and CMDs
Indian Offshore employees suck. They do not know anything about the insurance business or any business for that matter. They are horrible, clueless and taking over our American jobs. Stop it!
